Warriors to Work Regional Director

Kevin Rasch serves as a Warriors to Work regional director for Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP). As a 22-year Navy veteran and former helicopter pilot, he understands the importance of helping veterans and their families find purpose and meaningful careers after service. His passion for serving continues now, through WWP and the Jacksonville veterans’ community.

Through the Warriors to Work program, he helps veterans translate their military experience into meaningful civilian careers. His leadership focuses on connecting them with opportunities that match their skills, goals, and passions. His work ensures they have the tools and confidence to thrive in their next mission.

A graduate of Villanova University with a bachelor’s degree in modern languages (French and Russian), he also has earned a master’s in management (Manpower Systems Analysis) from the Naval Postgraduate School and a master’s in business administration from the University of Florida.

While at the Naval Postgraduate School, he authored a thesis titled An Analysis of Institutional and Non-Institutional Factors Affecting Naval Aviator Retention which helped shape the revision of Navy-wide policies and programs affecting retention initiatives. That experience deepened his understanding of what drives service members to stay or transition — insight he now applies in his leadership with WWP’s Warriors to Work program.

Although raised in Pennsylvania, Kevin, his wife, their three children, and two dogs have made Jacksonville home. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys coaching youth water polo, playing with a masters water polo team, and traveling with his family.
