Complex Care Vice President

John Eaton serves as Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) Complex Care vice president. In this role, John oversees the Complex Care portfolio, including C3 (Complex Case Coordination), Triage, and Warrior Care Network.

Prior to joining WWP, John spent the last 18 years serving in healthcare leadership roles, most recently as vice president of social and behavioral health at Flagler Health in St. Augustine, Florida.

When asked why he joined WWP, John said, “I have seen the impact of the invisible wounds of war on friends and family. This opportunity at WWP is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to serve those who have served.”

John holds a bachelor’s degree in health education from the University of Florida. He and his wife, Katie, recently celebrated their 10th anniversary. They share two boys, Case and Finn.
