Director of the Warriors to Work®
Bryan Rollins serves Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) as the director of the Warriors to Work® program. In this position, Bryan leads the nonprofit’s career counseling efforts to help warriors and their families find their next careers in civilian life.
Bryan first joined WWP in 2015 as a regional director of the Alumni program. In 2016, he transitioned to the role of director of WWP’s former Transition Training Academy (TTA). Bryan has also served as a regional director of WWP’s Solider Ride® program.
Before joining WWP, Bryan worked in the defense industry as a program director for Lockheed Martin for 12 years.
Bryan is a former U.S. Navy captain with extensive operational and staff experience. During his career in Naval aviation, he served as the commanding officer of Naval Air Station Miramar and commanding officer of Fighter Squadron 111 — the Sun Downers — flying the F-14A Tomcat as the highlight of his aviation career. Other operational experience includes a tour as the executive officer of the USS Kitty Hawk (CV63), navigator of USS Kitty Hawk (CV-63), and various squadron and air wing positions. Bryan is a graduate of the Navy’s Topgun program.
